Post X – Antwerp

If you regularly drive on the Antwerp Ring, you have probably already seen the construction of this large office complex.

Post X will be a complex of 130,000 m² and offers various functions: offices, a business center, supermarket, sports & leisure and several restaurants. There will also be a hotel with 140 rooms and training centre Syntra AB has been active on the site for a year now.

The complex is a passive development and the offices will consume half as much less than standard office buildings. With an ambition level of E50, Post X will become one of the largest passive office projects in Belgium. The techniques used play an important role in this. A few buildings have already been completed and KPMG and Crelan are moving to the site this year.
